This is a move that would make Mr. Miyagi proud. It’s all about making circles, about waxing on and waxing off. It’s also one of our more fluid moves we’ve learned so far; as such, it’s going to be important to practice it a lot with liquid in the bottle to make sure you aren’t spilling before you attempt this at work. Once you get comfortable with catching the bottle, it’s really not that difficult of a move, especially if you are comfortable with the good ol’ Swipe Thru Circles.
