Casting Call for New Orleans Flair Bartenders
I just received quite possibly the most out-of-left-field email I’ve ever received. The subject line read:
Hot Tub Time Machine 2 Seeking Flair Bartenders
You don’t see that every day. Turns out they are filming the sequel to Hot Tub Time Machine in New Orleans later this month and are in need of some flair bartenders to be extras. Here is all of the info I have:
- As of now, dates are set for Thursday, June 20th and Friday, June 21st. Filming will be an all day commitment, so anyone interested needs to have a clear schedule for both days.
- Normally the pay rate for these types of extras is $125 per day but rate may be negotiable based on skill level.
- Extras will appear on camera – this set of scenes is set in the future – the director’s vision for the future is that everyone is fit, in shape, health conscious, and between 21-45 years old.
- This could be a really fun opportunity (not necessarily the best pay rate but will be fun for sure). Our director is really excited about these scenes.
